    Founded in 1972, The Paterson Group was established with a clear vision: to provide professional, friendly and reliable recruitment and training services to both individuals and employers. The Group encompasses Paterson Health & Social Care, Paterson Training and Paterson Recruitment: three companies working in unison to deliver effective, professional staffing solutions and training packages.
The Paterson Group is an accredited member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) and has gained an excellent reputation for cost­effective and efficient services, as well as the high calibre of personnel supplied. The Group’s track record speaks for itself, with countless delighted employers and candidates remaining loyal for many years.
The Group offers employers value­for­money through; access to a large team of experienced and knowledgeable recruiters, the opportunity for volume and preferred­ supplier discounts and master­vendor agreements to support fluctuating staffing
requirements. The company’s strategic approach ensures clients are in control of their staffing process and are able to more accurately support future requirements.
As well as supporting employers, the cohesion between Paterson Health & Social Care, Paterson Training and Paterson Recruitment presents opportunities for workers. The business’s registration process is streamlined, enabling prospective staff to enrol once and access positions from every division, depending on qualifications, interests and aspirations. Additionally, the company’s application forms will soon be available to complete online at a convenient time via brand­new company websites!
In July 2018, knowledgeable and experienced Investor, Matt Evans, backed the senior staff in a hugely successful Management Buy­Out. The MBO saw the management team, who have more than 40 years’ combined service with The Paterson Group, take the helm.
The Group currently spans four branches in key locations across Oxfordshire and
Buckinghamshire: Bicester, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury and Abingdon. These four branches provide services locally, for temporary positions, and nationally, for permanent positions and training. Following the MBO, Paterson Recruitment chose to merge their thriving Witney and Bicester branches into one South­Oxfordshire hub at the Bicester branch in Market Square, serving both towns and the surrounding areas. As well as this key move, Paterson Health & Social Care’s existing Milton Keynes branch relocated to bigger and better premises in Sovereign Court, facilitating the expansion of the current team and the addition of a Paterson Recruitment presence within the town. These two strategic moves proved successful for The Group, paving the way for further growth and development during 2019 and beyond.
Paterson Health & Social Care was launched in 1994 by former General Manager, Tracey Campbell. Tracey saw an urgent need for improved health and social care recruitment services and, having previously worked in the Recruitment industry and earlier as a
